This tag collects all Firefly Ed learning material for Grade 1. It currently includes the full Grade 1 English book, organised into nine themed chapters with lessons, worksheets and answer keys.
What is included
Each chapter page has all of its lessons in one place. The lessons cover reading, writing, speaking and listening, visual language and phonics, with worksheets for each.

Three term reviews check progress across the year. Term 1 covers Chapters 1 to 3, Term 2 covers Chapters 4 to 6, and the end-of-year review covers Chapters 7 to 9.

Support pages
A phonics sound chart lists every sound and spelling taught in the book. A tricky word list covers the 50 tricky words used. A progress chart lets children tick off each lesson.
Printable PDFs
Printable versions of the Grade 1 lessons are available to subscribers. Each PDF includes the lesson, the worksheet pages and the answer key, ready to print at home.

The Grade 1 material is suited to children around six to seven years old. It can be used at home or as extra practice alongside school.
